Thank you for the email copy of your letter dated August 28, 2012, copy attached.
Please note that Mr. Kneisley's correct address is "P.O. Box 1266, Cashiers, NC 28717 ". Your letter is addressed to the
wrong P.O. Box (i.e., 1681 is the Deed Book Number). The correct address is shown in Section A3d of the PCN Form.
I talked with Mr. Kneisley this morning and he stated that he is mailing you another check for $570.00 for the application
fee.
Also, David Brown with the USACE Asheville Regulatory Field Office recommended that I use the NW29. This was by
telephone conversation only. I don't have any written documentation. You may contact him at (828) 271 -7980 Ext. 232.
