Subject: Minor Permit Modification for WQ0002127

To whom it may concern,

This letter is an indication for the City of Morganton’s residuals permit that there is no
additional residual sources under Attachment A. We request the Maximum Dry Tons per Year,
Monitoring Frequency for Non-hazardous Determination and Monitoring Frequency for Metals and
Nutrients be removed from Residuals Sources under Attachment A.
