I received the 15Y attached letter and performed step 1. Couple items to be address:
1. The invoice says overdue and sent to the site location. Can that be emailed to me and I'll get that paid right
away? Going forward the address should be changed to:

Attn: Environmental Department

Arcadia, WI 54612
2. The billing contact should be changed from Steve Holan to myself
3. The facility and permit contact should be switched to myself.
