Subject: Approval of Flow Allocation for the PWC's Water Reclamation Facilities
Dear Mr. Glass:
In accordance with your request received on January 15, 2008 for the allocation of flow for the Rockfish Creek WRF, we
are forwarding herewith approval of 750,000 gallons for the 2008 calendar year. In addition, we approve the allocation
request of 500,000 gallons for the 2008 calendar year for the Cross Creek WRF.
We ask that the monthly spreadsheet indicating the permit number, project name, amount of flow permitted, remaining
allocation, where the flow will be treated and the cumulative flow allocated from each plant continue to be submitted to
Trent Allen of this office. Additionally, the quarterly report should continue to be submitted to Deborah Gore with the
PERCS Unit at 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 and copied to this office.
