Subject: Approval of Flow Allocation for the PWC's Water Reclamation Facilities
Dear Mr. Glass:
In accordance with your request received on December 10, 2014 for the allocation of flow for the
Rockfish Creek WRF, we are forwarding herewith approval of 750,000 gallons for the 2015 calendar
year. In addition, we approve the allocation request of 150,000 gallons for the 2015 calendar year for the
Cross Creek WRF.
We ask that the monthly spreadsheet indicating the permit number, project name, amount of flow
permitted, remaining allocation, where the flow will be treated and the cumulative flow allocated from
each plant continue to be submitted to Trent Allen of this office. Additionally, the quarterly report should
continue to be submitted to Deborah Gore with the PERCS Unit at 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh,
NC 27699-1617 and copied to this office.

Subject: Requested Flow Allocation for the City of Fayetteville's Public Works
Commission's Water Reclamation Facilities
Dear Ms. Henson:
To date, for 2014, the City of Fayetteville's Public Works Commission (FPWC) has allocated
over 500,000 gallons of wastewater flow through the Rockfish Creek Wastewater Reclamation
Facility (WRF). For calendar year 2015, FPWC is requesting an allocation of 750,000 gallons for
the Rockfish Creek WRF. Currently, the Rockfish Creek WRF receives an average flow of 14.5
MGD, with a permitted capacity of 21 MGD.
For 2014 (through November), FPWC has allocated approximately 56,000 gallons of wastewater
flow for the Cross Creek WRF. We are requesting an allocation of 150,000 gallons for the Cross
Creek WRF for calendar year 2015. Currently, the Cross Creek WRF receives an average flow of
12.1 MGD, with a permitted capacity of 25 MGD.
