3/31/2020 A review of the March 2020 NDAR1 showed 8 freeboard violations during
this month. This is a violation of permit condition III-12 which states
"Freeboard in the 306,000 gallon storage pond shall not be less than two
feet at any time. [15A NCAC 02T .0505(d)].
