I see the original NOT request was not approved because the inspection was not complete. The annual fee remains
outstanding until the project can be closed out and this documentation can be provided. Please contact Chris again and
try to have the inspection done and recorded, then resubmit a Notice of Termination. Otherwise you will continue to
receive notices, and the next step after this NOD is a Notice of Violation for non-payment. We cannot rescind the COC
without the E&SC plan close-out.
