Pines. John told me to talk with Tracy and Tracy passed me off to Hobbs&Upchurch,
who are the engineering consultants, and may be acquiring the funding and, she
hopes, also assembling the document. I am waiting for a call back from David
Upchurch. Tracy also gave me a contact from the town, but I'd rather talk to

P.S. John/John are resubmitting DWR's 404 application comments on the Western Wake
project with a more "positive" tone and within DWR's narrow realm of expertise.
They are also requesting that our previous letter be retracted.
