Inspection Summary:
On March 2, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Joe Lyal on site. During the inspection, it was noted
that the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has not been maintained as outlined in the NCG210000 General
Permit. The permittee shall immediately begin efforts to maintain and update all necessary SWPPP documentation and
conduct all required monitoring as outlined in the NCG210000 General Permit. It is recommended that the monitoring point
be evaluated and modified to all for collection of a more representative sample.
