Inspection Summary:
On March 2, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Victoria Boyer, Charlie Price, and Manny Mojica on
site. No major issues were noted during the inspection. However, it is recommended that the permittee review and modify
SWPPP maintenance documentation including the Spill Log as needed to meet all permit requirements It is also
recommended that the permittee evaluate the extent and cause of a small localized sinkhole observed and discussed during
the inspection.
