On behalf of the NC DWQ - Wetlands, Buffers, Stormwater, Compliance and Permitting (WeBSCaPe)
Unit, we respectfully request that you consider the following comments within your review of the 404
Individual Permit request for the above referenced property:
1. This Office requests that you please re- submit your site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no
smaller than 1 " =50' with topographic contours shown. Please locate all proposed impervious
surfaces, including proposed gravel surfaces, on the plans. Please locate all isolated or non-
isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State as overlays on the site plan. It is unclear
what the size of the lot is.
This Office was unable to locate an alternatives analysis for this project. Please provide this
information.
This Office was unable to locate an avoidance and minimization analysis for this project. Please
provide this information.
4. This Office is unable to comment on avoidance and minimization due to the limited information
provided by the aerial map included with the Public Notice:
This Office could not locate any onsite stormwater management information. This will need
to be addressed with the application.
6. This Office requests that you please provide cross section details showing the provisions for
aquatic life passage.
7. This Office requests that you please indicate all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site
plan.

the project.

that determination.

on the North Carolina Secretary of State website.
