Center Ave., Sute 301 Mooresville, NC 28115 Re: NPDES Permit NC0034711 Cedar Park Estates WWTP Cabarrus County Grade II Biological WPCS Dear Mr. Scheller, Athena Cedar LLC is the owner of Cedar Park Estates mobile home park at 1210 Geneva Drive, Concord, NC 28025. We have received a permit (WQ0042340) from the NCDEQvia the Town of Harrisburg to connect into the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County's existing sewerage system. Pursuant to Part III, Section D of our existing permit, we are notifying you of our intent to decommission the existing WWTP. We are in the process of letting the final contacts and expect construction to take 8 weeks once it commences. Of course, this timing anticipates no delay due to adverse weather events. The existing system is managed by Dusty Metreyeon who can be contacted at 704-506-4255. Our property manager is Mendy Davolt who can be contacted at 704-455-9210.
