NCDOT Division 7 proposes to widen Randleman Road (SR 1007)
between West Elmsley Drive and Glendale Drive for 0.4 mile in
Guilford County. NCDOT anticipates construction of a 5-lane typical
section with curb and gutter, bike lanes, and sidewalk. The purpose
of this state -funded project is to relieve congestion. STV Engineers is
providing planning, design, and Section 404/401 services on behalf
of Division 7. An MCDC has been prepared, a delineation of waters of
the U.S. has been completed, and a PJD package has been
prepared.
