I just realized that the amount of wetland impact was not quantified on the plans that I sent you. The wetland impact
will be less than 0.013 acre.

Hey Joanne,

Attached are the construction drawings for the proposed culvert replacement including the plans to complete the work
in the dry. We plan on utilizing a NWP 3 and GC 4132. Based on the amount of impact and other thresholds in the GC,
we believe written approval is not required. Please let me know if you see anything that would require written
approval.
