Attached are approvals from March 2019 for a planned project to drain a pond in the Village of Clemmons and install 
culverts at the stream elevation.  That project was bid, but never authorized due to high costs and significant utility 
conflicts and added work.

The design plan has been re‐worked for boring and jacking instead of open cut, at a location in the corner of the existing 
lake.   We are also planning to excavate a channel through the (to‐be‐drained) pond bottom area along Edgewater Drive, 
and re‐align some of the downstream channel. 

Should we plan to submit the revised plans as a modification to the existing permits or resubmit under a new PCN?
