If yes, please briefly describe: Stormwater from the site Is conveyed via sheet flow and a collection system to the on -site Stormwater Control Facility located on the easterly
portion of the site. The control facility forebay BMP reduces the peak flow rate. A sand filter BMP is proposed for enhanced water quality and TSS reduction. The sand filter will drain to a dry detention basin BMP for
peak flow attenuation. A rip -rap lined channel acting as a perennial stream buffer has been installed along the eastern boundary of the property to aid in the conveyance of stormwater.
