Dear Ms. Lucas:
Pursuant to the requirements of 401 Water Quality Certification No. 05 -1711, we are forwarding
herewith the Certificate of Completion.
Construction of the runway extension embankment, drainage and stormwater management
infrastructure is complete and fully stabilized. The four permanent stormwater management
basins are complete and operational.
The construction contract for the paving and lighting of the runway extension is expected to
commence within a few weeks.
