Outfall G
Outfall H
This outfall acts as an overflow for Outfall 001. Outfall F drains into a creek
which in turn drains into the Cape Fear River. Drainage only occurs at Outfall
F during high precipitation/ storm water over -flow events. Potential pollutants
include trace amounts of TSS.
This outfall discharges stormwater runoff from approximately 11.5 acres of
which approximately 0.1 acre is impervious. Activities in this area include waste
water treatment basins, fuel oil storage and paved roads for in plant transportation.
Outfall G drains into a creek which in turn drains into the -Cape Fear River.
Potential pollutants present in this area are TSS, COD, Nutrients oil/grease.
This outfall discharges stormwater runoff from approximatelt 9.3 acres of which
.approximately 28% or 2,6 acres are impervious. Activities in this area include spill
control basins, wastewater treatment. A drainage ditch along the west side of the roadway •
discharges onto a vegetative strip and into the Cape Fear River. Potential pollutants
in this area nutrients, COD, TSS.
Outfall I This outfall discharges stormwater from approximately 1.1 acres of which approximately
82% or .9 acres are impervious. The impervious areas are mainly paved roadways for in plant
transportation and building roof drains. Activities in this area include plant maintenance storage for
scrape materials. This Outfall discharges onto property owned by Dupont Teijin Films
Potential pollutants in this area include COD, TSS oil/grease.
Outfall J This outfall discharges stormwater from approximately 8.6 acres of which approximately 40% is
' impervious. Activities in this area includesteam generation. Material storage in this area is generally
enclosed or in diked tank storage. Potential pollutants present are COD, TSS, Nutrients, Oil/Grease.
`Outfall 001_.This outfall is the(primaryplant-stormwater discharge and collects runoff from-approximately.60 acre s

cooling water_blowdown 001,_combines with outfall 002 and discharges into the Cape Fear river.
Potential pollutants are TSS.

Wastetreatment Plant. 002 combines with Stormwater outfall 001 and discharges into the Cape Fear
River.
Outfall 003 Outfall 003 in the'primary outfalhforstormwater-runofffrom the DAK Resins' Facility. 003 is permitted
rou h NPDES tarn 000389 Total area drained is 26.1 acres of which 4.72 is impervious surface.
