I guess you got a copy of Jennifer Frye's letter to the town of
Southern
Pines, closing the file on their application for a sheet pile dam in
Drowning creek (our project no. is 02-1769, an IP). I'm attaching it
to
the request for a 401 cert. and filing it away until something
happens.

You should be receiving two sets of storm water information
concerning
Laurel Hill Paper company in Richmond county. This is provided as
requested in a Sept. 2 letter concerning project No. 041218. Who is
going to review this material? I will look it over, too, and write
the
401 when I get the reviewers comments. Please let whoever know to
contact me.
