PROTECT NARRATIVE
As part of the projects that drain to the Arbors PS (WQ0000375), the forcemain is being rerouted
from being a manifold system, to tieing into an existing manhole, in front of the Surf City crossing
development. With this updated tie in condition, the same pump meets the hydraulic demands of
the 3 draining projects, Terraces, Arbors and three buildings of Surf City Crossing. No additional
flow is being requested as part of this modification and the force main is being reduced from the
permitted 2,595 LF down to 2,050 LF. With the new hydraulic conditions, the PS operating point is
now 135 GPM at 130 TDH
