Town of Cleveland
The Town of Cleveland has one categorical industrial pretreatment permit Daimler Truck
North America, LLC. Included with this letter is the summary of monthly data for the
calendar year of 2020 for this discharge. The industry was in compliance with monthly
average limits all year.
In July 2020 the industrial permit was renewed and limits were adjusted to reflect actual
WWTP loading in pounds per day rather than concentration limits. This IUP was issued
for a five-year period till June 2025.
There is one dentist office that discharges to the treatment system. They responded to the
request in 2020.
