Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Suzanne
The building is being transferred to Halcore Group Inc., d/b/a American Emergency Vehicles, and AEV is registered with
the NCSOS.
We are all part of the same parent company, REV Group, a publicly traded company located in Wisconsin.
I can send you a copy of our annual report if that would be helpful.

Importance: High
Good afternoon.
I have received the Stormwater Management Permit Application package for AEV Parking Expansion.
The Owner listed on the application is REV Parts LLC, they are not registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State
(NCSOS).
Is there a parent entity to REV Parts LLC that is registered with the NCSOS?
Once I have this information I will enter the application and begin the workflow.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
