See attachment updates to Clemmons' Village Point Lake Greenway project. I have not reviewed
the attachments yet; however, if they have complied with what I recommended then I will be
moving forward with a nwp verification. Village Point is the old Reynolds Lake we verified a
dam repair and forebay construction a few years back. I think 7ewell Engineering was the
agent for that project.

Subject: Village Point Lake Greenway
Dear Mr. Thomas,
Based on our previous telephone conference last week, we have revised our design for the
Village of Clemmons' Greenway Project to further avoid wetland impacts as you suggested. We
have extended the proposed boardwalk on the east side steam crossing of the lake to reduce
the wetland impact. Please see attached documents. This reduction result is .035 acres of
impacted area for this greenway project. The impact plus the previous wetland impact for the
forebay construction of 0.63 acres results in a total overall permanent impact of .098 acres.
I am also now including temporary impacts for extending our access for construction at the
pipe impact area. These two minimal impact areas will be fully restored back to their
original state once the temporary access for construction is no longer needed. I am
attaching page 5 of the PCN which has been changed to designate the revised impacts.
Please let us know what else you may need from us.
if you would like.
Thank -you for your time.
Christine D. Brown, CPSWQ, CPESC
