Donald Allbright called yesterday to inform us they had taken their
clarifier out of service for maintenance. They stopped the discharge
of effluent at 7:OOam and will hold the wastewater in the plant until
maintenance is complete. It will probably be down for a couple of
days. Donald will notify us whenthe clarifier is back up and running.
He was also advised to notify us if any problems arise which could cause
noncompliance of the NPDES permit.

Donald Allbright called today to report that they have repaired their
clarifier and it is back on line and discharging flow beginning Saturday
May 31, 2003. They did not have any noncompliance since they held the
flow in the plant while repairing the clarifier.

Donald Allbright (ORC) called today to report that they would be taking
their clarifier out of service again to repair a oil leak in the
planetary pump and other repairs. They plan to divert the flow to the
AB 1 and the spill basin until repairs are completed. Pumps were being
brought in today and they will begin pumping the clarifier out quickly.
Mr. Allbright's concern was they are suppose to pull a toxicity sample
this month and they have not yet. He will call us with an update when
the repairs are complete.

Donald Allbright called yesterday to report their clarifier is back in
service. It was back in service Saturday 6/28/03. They were able to
collect their toxicity sample for the month also.
