On March 11, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Andy Brogden and Tim Sexton on site. Facility staff
were unable to locate a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on site. Be advised that the Stormwater Pollution Prevention
Plan is required to be maintained on site. Its location and use should be part of facility staff training.
