Per our conversation, the DAK Americas Cedar Creek Site needs to send approximately
100,000 gallons per day to the DAK Americas Cape Fear Facility located in Wilmington,
NC. The transporting will continue for up to two months or until our Cedar Creek
facility is able to catch up with the COD and hydraulic loading. We will contact you
when we discontinue this pump and haul.
As you requested, attached is a letter from the ORC at the Cape Fear Site accepting the
wastewater from the Cedar Creek Site.
