Stormwater Management Plan (Approval by the DWQ Stormwater Unit required.) You are required to obtain approval from the DWQ Stormwater Unit before any impacts authorized in this certification occur. The SMP may not be modified without prior written authorization from the DWQ Stormwater Unit. A copy of the approval letter and the modified SMP must be submitted to the DWQ Webscape Unit prior to the commencement of the modifications. I wrote a very short one because the SW unit will take care of all the details we usually put into our certification (and actually will be a lot more detailed about it). Let me know if you think it looks OK. Thanks, A From: Turlington, Chad Sent: Monday, August 20, 2012 11:18 AM To: Lucas, Annette Subject: RE: Riverbrooke SD; S &EC Job No. 9087; DWQ No. 12 -0523 Annette, Do you have some example language for this condition? I just spoke with Brian and he is awaiting a response to his latest comments on the stormwater management plan (due tomorrow). I will ask Chad to approve the project with a condition that they obtain their approval from the SPU prior to impacts. I wanted to bring this project back around again. Back in June, DWQ placed the project on hold for Stormwater requirements. I wanted to let you know that Douglas Cooper (cc -ed on this email) — who is the Project Engineer for Riverbrook — submitted a packet to Brian Lowther with the DENR Stormwater Permitting Unit to satisfy the Phase II requirements. I was wondering if by chance this submittal to the SPU would satisfy the 1 1 DWQ 401 stormwater conditions? If that is the case, is there any chance you would be willing to check in with Bryan related to that submittal? I don't want this project to be returned because you all think we aren't working to move it forward; I didn't know about the submittal to the SPU until this morning. Please advise if there is something else you'd like /need us to do, ok? Thanks so much!
