of Water Quality (DWQ) for your bridge replacement project for Bridge #62 on SR 1911 in
Duplin County (DWQ# 20000193) We wrote you on March 6 2000 expressing concerns that
we have regarding the design of the project and placing it on hold until those concerns are
addressed To date we have yet to receive a response to our request Unless we hear from you
in writing within 21 days of the receipt of this letter we will assume that you no longer want to
pursue this project and we will retire the file and consider the application as withdrawn Please
be aware that the reapplication for this project will require a new application and corresponding
fee
