The attached public notice has to be run in the local newspaper. Ian talked to Mary Hayes with the Richmond County Daily Journal and she can run the notice on Saturday, but has to be paid first. Also attached is the payment information ($104.82). Can one of you give them a call to maybe pay over the phone, or run by their office to pay? I assume you can just p -card this and turn in the receipt. If we have to wait for a check run from Raleigh, it will be at least Tuesday before we can pay the newspaper.
