Please find attached as "122714 CARLSON DAIRY WETLAND REV -3 PRELIMINARY.PDF" the requested revised plan
drawing for the Carlson Dairy Road proposed wetland fill project. The updated plan drawing from the version that was
submitted with the PCN includes 46 -LF of 18" CIVIP pipe in order to maintain wetland connectivity and stream flow.

Ok, that's something I can use.
Now that we've finally figured out a way to justify the fill, I've noticed that you didn't propose any culvert for Stream 2.
We will need to show that stream 2 can still flow (fill without a culvert will just make the water backup to the road) and
that the connectivity of the wetland will still exist. Can you send me an updated plan sheet. The plan sheet should
show the culvert to be placed at grade, not buried like you would normally bury a culvert for a stream.
