XCLT (Hidden Valley; Wellingford-Orr) is a proposed newgreenway
facility in the City of Charlotte extending from North Tryon Street to
Bilmark Avenue, Austin Drive, and Dawn Circle. The proposed
greenway is approximately 1.6 miles long. The proposed project will
include a paved twelve -foot wide greenway with two -foot shoulders,
plantings, aluminum pipe culvert culverts, and storm water controls.
Five wetlands (one riverine swamp forest, one hardwood flat, one
bottomland hardwood forest, one basin wetland, and one headwater
forest) have been delineated, comprising approximately 0.46 acre
within the project corridor. One open water and four streams were
also delineated in the project corridor.
