Please copy Mr. Stephenson documenting the closure of his permit review. The proposal included a bulkhead and associated Section 404 wetland fill, located at 123 Brookshire Dr., Bath, in Beaufort County. On March 9, 2021, the Division of Coastal Management received a request from your agent, Mr. Toby Tetterton, to withdraw the permit application referenced above. As such, this file will be retired and considered closed in status.
