Pursuant to our telephone conversation yesterday, please let the August 15, 2012 PCN submittal supersede and replace
a previous PCN dated July 26, 2012 for the same project. The August 15 PCN includes both the impacts specified in the
earlier July 26 submittal, as well as additional impacts which were subsequently required.
