Today, Alan Johnson of DWQ identified some typographical errors on the plan views. I
have revised the plan views to reflect the changes. No other changes were made to the
remainder of the package. Additionally, Mr. Johnson informed me I should send you a full
package to the Raleigh Office. I have included the original submittal, but with the revised
plan view drawings.
If you have any questions concerning the application or require additional information to
complete the approval process, please advise.
