This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0067351. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". The following items were noted during the inspection: • Verify the specific location of the discharge pipe (dye test) and clear sufficient vegetation and debris to visualize the pipe. • As was noted in the 2016 inspection. the facility is aging and an engineering evaluation for maintenance and repair should be performed at the next opportunity.
