On August 7 2012 I inspected the new construction project on NCSR 1764 (New Farm Road) TIP No
U 5204 in Caldwell County Construction activities include clearing and grubbing and grading activities
I inspected the stormwater records for the project and found them to be in very good condition Please ensure
that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are performed as
required to protect State surface waters Also please refer to the attached inspection report for any specific
items noted during the inspections
