The USACE has received a revise Draft Mitigation Plan from RES for the White Hat Site in
Perquimans County. I have reviewed the plan and consider it complete for the team review.
This correspondence initiates the 30 day review period for the IRT. I have included a link that
should take you to the electronic version of the plan on RIBITS. If that link doesn't work you
can find the plan under the Banks & Sites tab. It is identified as: RES Pasquotank Umbrella
Mitigation Bank— White Hat Site. There you should be able to download the plan from the
Cyber Repository. Please let me know if you have any questions.
