I refer to your letter of March 26, 2007 and May 3, 2007 pertaining to the PCN Courtesy
Notification for the Summerwind Plantation development in Johnston County, near
Garner, NC. In your May 3, 20071etter, you indicated that we did not include the
following information:
1. "The location of diffuse flow provision measures (the submitted site plan does
not clearly show their location)".
Response: In your March 26, 2007 you indicate that we needed to provide detail
.for the stormwater management practices. Because your letter did not indicate
which stormwater management practices or the type of detail you needed, I
contacted Mr. Ian McMillan of your office and he indicated that we needed to
provide drainage areas and data sheets for the four level spreaders and this
communication was documented in my April 16, 2007 to you. Therefore on
March 26, 2007, we provided a map of the drainage areas for the four level
spreaders. Mr. McMillan indicated that the location was shown on the site plan
engineering drawings submitted on March 16, 2007. On March 26, 2007, we also
provided the applicable worksheets for the level spreaders. Therefore, we believe
we have already submitted all of the information you requested.

2. "The location of all stormwater outfalls and stormwater routing plan for the
entire development (this information is not in your March 16, 2007, submittal
as alleged)."
Response: On Apri127, 2007, I enclosed five copies of the site plan showing the
location of all outfalls for the development. A copy is enclosed with the set of
documents that your office dated stamp received on April 27, 2007. Therefore,
this information was received in your office on that date. On the top right corner
of the site plan, a box is shown containing a legend stating "Approximate location
of stormwater outfalls and stormwater outfalls w/ level spreader". In addition, in
my conversation with Mr. McMillan and documented in my April 16, 20071etter
to you, he indicated that the routing plan refers to showing the drainage area
upslope of each of the four level spreaders.
Therefore, I believe that all of the information you requested in your letter of March 26,
2007 and clarified in my letter to you dated April 16, 2007 was included in my submittal
dated April 27, 2007. I respectfully ask that you review the previously submitted
information and continue to process the application as submitted.
If however, you still need addition information, please contact me and we will be pleased
to assist you.
