Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. A precast head wall is being used to minimize impacts and a rip -rap dissipater will reduce velocity and minimize scour to protect downstream water quality. All applicable erosion and sediment control measures will follow state and local regulations. Storm water runoff will be managed according to the current requirements. 2.
