This site was originally submitted as a Prospectus by Wildlands Engineering as part of the Falls
Lake Basin Umbrella Nutrient Mitigation Bank in February 2012.
A Draft Mitigation Plan including draft engineering drawings describing the proposed stream
restoration was submitted as an NCEEP Full - Delivery Project (EEP ID 495020) on August 9,
2012. This draft plan is for IRT review. Once comments have been obtained from the IRT
through USAGE, it is assumed that an application and final Mitigation Plan will be submitted.
The Prospectus stated that the stream portion of this project was being designed as an EEP FDP
project. The draft Mitigation Plan states that buffer restoration will also take place but is not
intended for mitigation credit at this time.
This site may at some point in the fi ture be submitted as a NO bank site under Wildlands UMBI.
Crediting and monitoring reporting will be independent from the EEP FDP portion of the project.
