The property is on Bay River Sewerage, there was a letter from them included with the application. Also, the
application states that there is town water in use on the property now. These are on the MP 1 application, page

Hi Amy,
In response to your question on Friday I have figured the approximate square footage you requested. The
portion of the existing driveway that is in Zone 2 is approx. 250 square feet. The new constriction would cover
approx. 775 square feet of Zone 2, all of which would be above the existing driveway. So with our planned
home we would in effect be covering an additional 525 square feet in Zone 2. If you have any further
