Below are the findings of the inspection. The irrigation equipment appeared to be operational and in place. The irrigation fields appeared to be somewhat overgrown and would need to be cleaned up should irrigation take place in the future. If irrigation were to take place again all equipment and units outlined in permit #WQ0021289 should repaired and tested if necessary, to ensure operation that is compliant with the permit. It is important to note that records available to WARO show that irrigation has not taken place since 2014. However, the ORC pointed out a small irrigation event took place in 2016. No irrigation has occurred since. During the inspection 09/2020 and 11/2020 NDMR reports were spot checked. There was no irrigation taking place during either month. The ORC stated there has not been irrigation at this facility for well over 5 years. Records available to WARO supports this and show the facility has not been in use since 2014. Nothing has been done for operation and maintenance of the system for years since the system has not been in use since 2016 according to the ORC. In 2016 the ORC stated one small irrigation event took place and no irrigation has occurred since then. The facility was found to be compliant with permit #WQ0021289. Please notify the Washington Regional Office if irrigation were to ever resume at the facility.
