The MLUP now shows built-upon area data for the single-family, multi-family, and highway business areas. We have also added a note addressing the arch culverts, a brief narrative addressing the fact that the layouts shown for the multi-family and highway business areas are preliminary, and a brief narrative stating that engineered solutions will be provided in the event DWQ rules that the multi-family and/or the highway business areas are pockets of high density. We trust the revised MLUP will satisfy the comments presented in Ms. Karoly's April 27, 2007 letter to you; however, please contact us if anything is unclear or additional information is needed.
