The executive summary goes as follows: The original proposal was to subdivide a lot into 7 individual lots and construct a second access pier and floating dock to serve as the new community docking facility. The total impacts were to increase the total slip count from 4 to 8, construct an access pier connected to a docking facility with a parallel floating platform with the dimensions of 6'x125'. The proposed changes would 1). Reduce the number of lots to two (2) as well as reduce the proposed floating structure from 125' to 83', and 3) reduce the slip amount from 4 additional slips to 3. Simply put, the slips will be reduced from 4 to 3 and the total square footage of the platform will be reduced and the existing lot will be split into two. The attached documentation should suffice to explain all of the proposed changes in the project. Please reach out if you have any questions about the project changes.
