PERMIT APPLICATION Duke Energy Progress, LLC, 526 South Church St, Charlotte, N.C., has applied for modification of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0024406) for Belews Steam Sta- tion, 3195 Pine Hall Road, Belews Creek, Stokes County. The facility discharges treated industrial waste- water, domestic wastewater, and stormwater to Dan River and Belews Lake in the Roanoke River basin. Some of the parameters are water quality limited. This discharge may affect future allocations in this por- tion of the Roanoke River basin. The location of Outfall 001 is: Latitude: 36016'49.5"; Longitude: 80003'39.8".
