AGENT CERTIFICATION OF AUTHORIZATION
I, the undersigned, a duly authorized representative for the linear project identified herein, do
authorize representative of the Wilmington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) to
enter upon the property, easement and/or right-of-way herein described for the purpose of
conducting an -site investigations and issuing a determination associated with Waters of the U.S.
subject to Federal jurisdiction under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and/or Section 10 of the
Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899.
I, Mr. Chad VonCannon, representing the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County,
hereby certify that I have authorized Megan Bollero of Carolina Wetland Services, Inc. to act on
my behalf and take all actions necessary to the processing, issuance, and acceptance of this
request for wetlands determination / permitting and any and all standard and special conditions
attached.
