Garcy/Joanne,
We are getting close to having the data we need to apply for the needed permits for this project. We just discovered
that a prefiling request was never submitted for the project. This is a time sensitive project that is banking on grant
monies and meeting that timeline. Would the previously issued NW6, issued back around March of last year suffice for
the prefiling?
