Individual Permit request for the above referenced property:
This Office requests that the applicant please re- submit their site plans on full plan sheets at a
scale of no smaller than 1 " =50' with topographic contours shown. Please locate all proposed
impervious surfaces, including proposed gravel surfaces, on the plans. Please locate all isolated
or non - isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State as overlays on the site plan. - Per
15A NCAC 2H .0502(c)
2. This Office was unable to locate an alternatives analysis for this project. Please provide this
information. - Per 15A NCAC 2H .0506(b)(l )
3. This Office was unable to locate an avoidance and minimization analysis for this project. Please
provide this information. - Per 15A NCAC 2H .0506(b)(2)
4. This Office is unable to comment on avoidance and minimization due to the limited information
provided by the aerial map included with the Public Notice.
This Office notes that the proposed project will require a stormwater management plan. The
project is proposed to contain 28 percent impervious cover and drains to Shellfish Area (SA) and
High Quality Watershed (HQW) waters. Please contact coastal stormwater staff with the DWQ
Washington Regional Office to discuss a stormwater management plan. - - Per 15A NCAC 2H

10. Staff with the DWQ Washington Regional Office noted an onsite cemetery located slightly north
of the proposed project area. Has this been addressed with the NC State Historic Preservation
Office?
