I have no objections to the project. However, there are several conditions that DWQ will place on the 401 and request
similar statements as appropriate in CAMA permit to reinforce each other.
1. No live - aboards
2. No discharge signage
3. No use of dock space other than the approved slips
4. Fueling Facilities prohibited
5. Work Moratoriums
6. No Additional Buffer Impacts Approved
