In Jordan, diffuse flow has to be provided before discharging sformwafer into buffer. The current design provides grassed swales prior
to entering the buffer. While grassed swales provide treatment, they don't diffuse the flow. The project either needs to provide diffuse
flow or a justification for why diffuse flow can't be provided. Please update the stormwater management plan to address this. Thanks.
